When the body moves, can the mind remain still?
Tibetan Tsalung Yoga: A Two-Day Workshop in Hong Kong
Tsalung (རྩ་རླུང་།) is an ancient Tibetan yogic practice that brings together breath, movement, subtle energy, and awareness. Through the practice, we learn to release blockages, bring greater balance to body and mind, and create a stable ground for meditation.
Over these two afternoons, I will guide you through the practices step by step, giving us time not only to learn, but to experience and feel how breath, movement, and awareness can work together within us.
Whether you are new to Tibetan practice, or wish to deepen your foundation for Tummo, Dream Yoga, Sleep Yoga, and Phowa, you are warmly welcome to join us.
