๐ Venue: Dechen Institute and Dakini Meditation Center,
Bangkok
Dzogchen, or the โGreat Perfection,โ is a profound teaching that points directly to the nature of mindโ primordially pure, open, and spontaneously perfect. At the heart of the practice is recognizing this nature and learning to rest in it, without fabrication or attachment to the experiences that arise.
This two-day retreat offers a special opportunity to study and practice with Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, a renowned Dzogchen master and founder of Ligmincha International.
Through teachings, guidance, and meditation practices, Rinpoche will introduce participants to Dzogchen as a path of self-liberation.
The retreat will emphasize connecting with the stillness of the body, the silence of speech, and the spaciousness of the mind, allowing us to rest in our true nature. ๐ฟ
๐งโโ๏ธ Participants will learn to recognize and release habitual patterns of the conceptual mind, discover awareness, and deepen their familiarity with abiding it. The emphasis is on understanding the teachings through direct experience and learning to be with thoughts, emotions, and feelings without being carried away by them, rejecting them, or grasping at them.
